My product looks different than the last time I ordered it. Is there something wrong with it?
Nope! There is absolutely nothing wrong with your product. It is the same product that you fell in love with the first time around.
Since our products are so natural, made in small batches, AND all by hand, there may be some variety from time to time. We use our formulas consistently, so the results will be the same, but sometimes our source ingredients may be a different shade or more or less aromatic.
Are your products certified organic?
All our products are lovingly handmade with organic, fair trade ingredients. We make sure to use the finest quality suppliers and make every product with individual care. We know you’ll love the result.
Do you ever have sales or special offers on your products?

Are your products vegan? Gluten Free? Dairy Free?
All our products are gluten free, gmo free and dairy free. Beeswax can be found in our Soothing Vanilla Lotion Bar.
Where are your products made?
All our products are lovingly made by hand, in small batches and packaged in Dallas, Pennsylvania.
Are your products paraben and sulfate free?
Our products are free from parabens, sulfates and toxic chemicals. We also do not use artificial dyes or scents.
What is the shelf life for your products and what are recommended ways to store them?
It depends on the conditions that they are exposed to, but on average our product shelf life is 3 years when stored correctly.
All of our products should stored in a cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight.
Are your products tested on animals?

Do you offer samples, press kits or complimentary products in exchange for publication?
