Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha has been enjoyed for centuries during Japanese tea ceremonies for a reason. Just a little bit offers a healthy boost of caffeine. Organic new green tea leaves are stone ground to create a powder. Traditional matcha is whisked into just under boiling water, but you can also add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to cold water for a smooth iced tea.
