Directions:

Place eye pillow on a microwave-safe plate and place in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Do not overheat or flax can burn.

Eye pillow can also be stored in the freezer for use as an ice pack.

As with any aromatherapy, the scent will gradually fade over time. I offer a custom blend of oils in a convenient fine mist spritzer so you can easily rejuvenate the fragrance.
