Orders from twig leaf flower are carefully packed and typically ship within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Because many of our products are handcrafted botanical items, processing times may occasionally vary during busy seasons.

If there is ever a delay, we will notify you promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our botanical and tea products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to make it right.
