Why I Wrote The Art of Everyday Care

For nearly a decade, twig leaf flower has been rooted in a simple belief: small acts of care matter.

Whether it's brewing a cup of herbal tea, soaking in a warm bath at the end of a long day, reaching for a comforting botanical remedy, or taking a few quiet moments to reconnect with yourself, these everyday practices have a way of nourishing us in profound ways.

Over the years, I've had countless conversations with customers looking for simple ways to support their well-being. Again and again, I found myself sharing the same message: caring for yourself doesn't have to be complicated.

That message became The Art of Everyday Care.

This new book brings together many of the things I've learned and lvoed throughtout my years as an herbalist, clinical aromatherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and lifelong studen of natural wellness. Within its pages you'll find herbal preparations, nourishing recipes, seasonal inspiration, self-care practices, and gentle encouragement to create moments of comfort in everyday life.

While the book is not a replacement for professional medical care, it is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with simple traditions, and discover the beauty that can be found in caring for yourself and those you love.

In many ways, The Art of Everyday Care is an extension of everything twig leaf flower has always been about: thoughtful ingredients, intentional choices, and finding comfort in the small things.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. I hope this book inspires you to create your own moments of everyday care.

With love~

Rebecca
